E-Dharti The e Dharti – Apna Khata Rajasthan internet portal has been launched by the Rajasthani government. People can simply access their land records and documents online with this platform. The goal of government policy is to facilitate citizens’ access to vital information regarding their property. With apna Khata, they can now handle land-related issues from the comfort of their home.

The official land records portal of the state of Rajasthan is called Apna Khata (e Dharti). It offers its users online services such as Jamabandi copies, or Khasra/Khatauni, application for transfer, the status of transfer, and other land-related services.

Step 1 – Select District/Taluka

You must choose the district and tehsil of the location where your land is located, either by selecting it from a list or by clicking directly on the map, after visiting the portal’s homepage to view your account.

Tehsils appear on the map in various colours when you select one. You can read what they imply directly underneath the map. They are referring to the Tehsils that are new and those that have digitally signed copies available.

Step 2 – Select Village

You will see a list of the villages in the district and tehsil that you have chosen. Choose your village from the list or, if you want to search it quickly, click on the first letter of the village’s name and choose it.

Step 3 – Enter Details

You must now enter your information in the applicant details section, including your name, residence, city, and PIN. Next, select the type of copy you want—a Jamabandi copy or a Mutation copy, for example—in the section designated for that purpose.

You can search your Jamabandi by Account, Khasra, Name, and GRN using the choose option. Make your pick and choose the option based on the information you have.

Step 4 – View Nakal 

You will receive information about Jamabandi, Khasro, and Cultivator based on the provided data. You will receive two copies at the end: an authorised copy that has been e-signed and a copy for information. You should review the information. Select the desired copy by clicking on it. We will see a copy, for instance (for information).

You can now verify the details on your copy of Mera Khata. Click the Print button to download a copy of it as well.
